Return Policy

We offer a 3 day return policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked final sale are not returnable. Special ordered dresses, sale items, and accessories are final sales and are not returnable. All in-store Purchases are Final Sale. If there is a badge that says "Returnable in accordance with our return policy," then it is returnable. If the badge is not there, it is not returnable.

All returned items must be in new, unaltered, not cleaned, unworn condition with original tags attached. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. You must obtain an RA number prior to returning it and the RA number must be written legibly on the package. Without the RA number written on the package, there will be no refunds. Any item returned that is post marked later than 3 days (from the time your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system) will not be refunded. Shipping labels are not provided. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Exchanges are allowed when possible and is at the sole discretion of the management of Bridal & Formal by RJS. Special order items are not eligible for exchange. In addition to the shipping charges, there is a 25% restocking fee charged on all returns.

Cancellation Policy

 

Your order can be canceled at no charge before processing, but once the order is processed, the order cannot be canceled. Special order items cannot be canceled as the procurement is initiated from the manufacturer before the order is completely processed at our end. The procurement is initiated before processing your order to ensure that the item is available from the manufacturer to process your order. Once the procurement is initiated, the manufacturer will not allow us to cancel.
